Filippo L’Episcopo kickstarted his hospitality career as a bartender in London that led to working in some of London’s notable fine dining restaurants. His interest in wine led him to become a Sommelier. Filippo’s educational journey took him to vineyards across Europe. He earned his Advanced Sommelier Certificate from the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers. Filippo was Head Sommelier for 3 years with Rockpool Bar & Grill and prior to that Merivale, and the Park Hyatt.
Gabriele Barbanti has been an integral part of Australia’s hospitality scene for over a decade. His journey includes roles as a Bar Manager at Ventuno and Seta. Known for his passion for hospitality, Gabriele creates unique and welcoming experiences for guests. His love for the bar industry shines through in every detail.
